Living a greener lifestyle was listed as a resolution for 2024 and that goal may be a bit intimidating. To help the city of Columbus meet its goal of reducing, and eventually erasing, their carbon emissions, Sustainable Columbus was established in 2021. Ketamine, a potent anesthetic, has become a popular option of treatment for mental health issues such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Unfortunately, the past holiday season may have caused too many to consume too much food and alcohol. In light of this, January has become a time for refreshing and for some, abstinence from alcohol. Taking this into account, Dry January started in 2012 as a form of public health in the United Kingdom.
